Version 8.0 updates to Laravel 5.5 (LTS) and introduces a new look

BoomCMS v8.0 updates the CMS to Laravel 5.5 which is a long term release (LTS) with support policy and also rolls out the new look and feel, logo and colours for Boom. We hope you like it.

This coincides with the the rollout of a new boom website.
